Lensart is a camera tool app focusing on real-time artistic frames, which allows you to overlay frames of various styles such as vintage oil painting and texture directly while framing, helping you obtain photos with aesthetics and a sense of ritual without post-processing. We attach great importance to your privacy and are committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of your information — we explicitly emphasize that Lensart will never collect, store, process, or transmit any facial information in any form. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use our App. Please read this Policy carefully before using the App.
Lensart does not require you to register an account or provide any personal identification information to use all core functions of the App. You can directly open the App and use the real-time frame camera, frame selection, photo editing, saving and sharing functions without logging in. We will not collect any account-related information from you. Without account registration, we have no channel or intention to collect any personal information, including facial information, associated with your identity.
We take strict measures to ensure that we do not collect any unnecessary information, and facial information is strictly excluded from all data collection scopes. We clearly state that Lensart will never collect, store or process the following information, with special emphasis on the non-collection of facial information:
The App has no functions related to facial recognition, facial detection, facial feature extraction, or any other facial information processing. When you use the camera function, the real-time image captured by the camera is only used for on-screen display and frame overlay rendering, and will not be used to extract, identify, or record any facial features, facial contours, or other facial-related information. No facial data will be generated, stored, or transmitted during the entire use process, and the camera permission is only used to support basic shooting and frame overlay functions, not for any facial-related data processing.
Personal information: We will not collect any personal information that can identify your identity.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the App's core functions, we may collect and use the following necessary information, which is only stored locally on your device and will not be uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. It is emphasized again that none of the following information collection and use involves facial information, and we will never extract facial data from any locally processed content.
When you use the App for the first time, we will ask for your consent to access the camera and photo album of your device. These permissions are only used to realize the following functions, and will never be used to collect facial information:
Camera permission: Used to capture real-time images for frame overlay display and photo shooting. The real-time image data captured by the camera is only processed locally on the device for rendering and will not be transmitted or stored externally. No facial information is extracted or processed during this process.
Photo album permission: Used to save the photos taken and edited with the App to your local photo album, and to allow you to select photos from the local photo album for frame overlay editing. We will not actively access or read other photos in your photo album that are not related to the App's functions, nor will we process or extract facial information from any photos in your album.
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings. If you revoke the relevant permissions, some functions of the App that require the permission may not work normally, but this will not affect your use of other functions that do not require the permission.
We may store your local preference settings in the memory of your device, such as your recently used frame styles, adjusted frame transparency and proportion parameters, etc. This information is only used to improve your user experience, so that you can directly use your preferred settings when you open the App next time. This information is stored locally and will not be uploaded to any external server, and does not involve any facial information.
In order to improve the loading speed of frame resources and the smoothness of the App's operation, the App may generate temporary cache data locally, such as the frame images you have browsed. This cache data can be cleared by you through the "Clear Cache" function in the App's settings at any time. Clearing the cache will not affect your use of the App's core functions, but may require reloading the frame resources when you use them next time. The cache data does not contain any facial information.
All the information we collect (as mentioned in Section 3) is only stored locally on your device. We do not have any servers used to store user information, and will never upload, transmit or synchronize your local information to any external server or third party — this includes absolutely no upload or transmission of any facial information (which we do not collect in the first place). Your information is completely under your own control, and only you can access and manage it through your device.
We take a series of technical and management measures to protect the security of your local information to prevent information loss, misuse or unauthorized access. Since all information is stored locally on your device, the security of the information is also related to the security settings of your device. We recommend that you set a screen lock for your device and do not easily lend your device to others to use, so as to better protect the security of your information. As we do not collect any facial information, there is no risk of facial information leakage, theft or misuse in the entire information protection process.
The App may integrate some third-party SDKs to realize specific auxiliary functions, such as photo sharing functions (sharing photos to social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.). These third-party SDKs will only be activated when you actively use the corresponding functions. We have selected third-party service providers that abide by privacy protection regulations. These third-party SDKs will not collect your personal information without your consent.
We strictly confirm that none of the integrated third-party SDKs have the function of collecting facial information, and will not collect any of your personal information, including facial data, without authorization. You have the right to manage your information and related permissions at any time, including but not limited to:
Revoking permissions: You can revoke the camera, photo album and other permissions granted to the App through your device's settings, which will not affect the protection of your facial information (we never collect it).Deleting information: You can delete the photos saved by the App in your local photo album at any time, and clear the local cache data and preference settings through the App's settings. Since no facial information is collected, there is no need to delete related facial data.Uninstalling the App: You can uninstall the App at any time. After uninstallation, all local information related to the App stored on your device will be deleted (excluding the photos that have been saved to your local photo album, which need to be deleted manually by you). Uninstallation will completely terminate all local data processing of the App, and there is no residual facial information (as none was collected).8.
